We are looking for an individual with the flexibility and skills to inspire and motivate students to achieve excellent punctuality and attendance, reduce levels of absence and to work with children to promote these aims. The successful applicant would also be working with our more vulnerable children, and their families, and strive for the best opportunities for them in order that they progress, develop and succeed whilst helping the school to diminish the gap between our PP children and their peers across the school.
We want to instil confidence, ambition and a determination to succeed for all our children at Drybrook in order to ’Dream Big and Achieve Together’.
The successful applicant will join Drybrook’s existing team of highly professional and committed staff.
