The heads of Deer House are Miss Williams and Mrs Kenworthy. 

Deer are very sociable animals, they like being part of a team and enjoy teamwork. This is a characteristic we find in children from Deer House. We all work together and look after each other. 

Deer are also loyal and supportive in their relationships. Just like deer,  children in this house are examples of loyalty and support to one another.
